Some data, all in TnT dollars:

Neal & Massy:
revenue=$5.2bn
assets=$7.9bn

These are q3 '08 numbers and reflect the acquisition of BS&T.

ANSA McAl:
revenue=$5bn
assets=$9.3bn

from their 2007 accounts.

CL Financial:
gross revenue:$26.9bn
net revenue/interest inc:$5.5bn
assets=$100.7bn

From their 2007 accounts and those net revenue numbers exclude other operating and investment income of $3.9bn

Doesn't look close to me but if I have overlooked something happy to look again.

This is simply not true. CL Financial is the region's largest PRIVATELY HELD conglomerate, but there are larger public companies in Trinidad and the Region - for example Neal and Massy, McAl, and so on.
